Delivery and Refunds

Do you deliver to all UK addresses?

Yes, we deliver to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and islands of Scotland.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we deliver worldwide which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and countries within the European Union. Delivery can take up to 14 working days.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. It is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges vary from country to country and completely out of Basha Bedding's control. For current information regarding these charges please contact your local customs office to avoid unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we do for all the products on offer.

How long do standard UK deliveries take?

We aim to deliver within 4 working days. The table below shows the estimated delivery day depending on the day you order. Products can be delivered by our courier at any time of day between 9am and 6pm.

What happens if I am out when the delivery comes?

No problem. The Royal Mail or courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour, leave it somewhere safe, or will take it away again for redelivery. They will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and what action they have taken.

Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?

Yes, this is no problem. When ordering, please put in the delivery address you require and give us your billing address as well.

How can I return items?

Basha Bedding is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery, Your refund will be credited to the original payment card, no exchange or refund will be given once the original packaging has been opened or damaged unless faulty.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

You can return items in the post via Royal Mail at your local Post Office or via courier. We advise that you use a signed for or recorded delivery service. If not please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier and please do not post the package without obtaining a certificate of posting.  Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. 

How do I return by post?

You can return items to us via Royal Mail or Courier. We advise that you use a signed for or recorded delivery service. Items returned by post can take up to 10 working days to reach us once you have posted the parcel. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account. 

We're sorry but we are unable to offer free returns for our customers on unwanted items. Returns must be made at your own cost. Refunds for return postage can only be given on faulty items but please obtain proof of postage as you will need this as your proof of return.

Can I cancel my order?

Unless cancellation takes place before your order is processed, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.
